∎ B. Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Islamic University of Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Utility
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Spinning
Job Context:
∎ For Utility section under Mechanical Department.
∎ For factories located at Tongi & Mawna, Sreepur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure operating equipment are in proper working condition.
∎ Maintain machines in appropriate manner to achieve maximum output.
∎ Supervision, monitoring and practical experience on steam boiler, Air screw compressor, water pump and WTP, Chiller, Central AC and production machinery etc.
∎ Manpower allocation of concerned section against assign jobs and properly monitoring to meet the goal.
∎ Ensure machine breaks down as less as possible by properly use of man, machine and spare parts.
∎ Make sure all machines are up-to-date and able to perform properly.
∎ Ensure seamless flow of all Maintenance and Utility services. Distribute duty arrangement of your under commend staffs.
∎ Check the monthly requirement to arrange spare parts. Troubleshoot the critical problem and take decisions after discussing it with higher management to overcome.
∎ Estimating the materials demand and issuing purchase requisition.
∎ Check various machine maintenance reports and take necessary action according to the report.
∎ Ensure Machines are installed and maintained as per safety standards (BNBC, Accord, and Alliance etc.).
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years (Practical Experience need from a large textile Industry)
