Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment. This involves conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, and coordinating with concern teams to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
∎ Collaborating with internal and external technicians to design, develop, and implement electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure upgrades. This may include creating electrical layouts, preparing technical specifications, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
∎ Preparing the budgets for electrical engineering activities of ongoing operations. This involves monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
∎ Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. This includes staying updated with relevant regulations, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety measures, and promoting a culture of safety among the factory.
∎ Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to electrical engineering activities. This includes preparing technical reports, updating equipment databases, and ensuring compliance with required certification.
∎ To perform day to day maintenance and operational activities of diesel/gas generator, sub-station, boiler, air compressor, pump and MV/LT line switch gear (operation) as per our company standard.
∎ Ability to handle multiple task/trouble shooting of modern operational machines with minimum guidelines.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, its commissioning and installation properly.
∎ Perform on Fire Safety, Electric Safety, Mechanical Safety, and Structural Safety & Environmental Safety related issues.
∎ Any other works assigned by management.
