Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in supply chain management/Business Management from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to manage all Logistics and Administration related works.
∎ Devise effective distribution as well as route plan for cost-effective distribution procedure.
∎ Manage the distribution, fleet, RDC, occupational health and environment resources efficiently and effectively to achieve goals.
∎ Negotiate with Truck owners/vendors and determine appropriate fare through proper analysis, maintain optimum numbers of rented trucks for adequate supply of the products.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales, Operation, Finance and other relevant departments in order to ensure sufficient products to the distributors/customers as per their requirements.
∎ Look after operations of all RDCs (Regional Distribution Centers) and guide the RDC staff for smooth operations.
∎ Assist to establish clear accountabilities, processes & standards and ensure compliance.
∎ Identify distribution as well as transportation-related problems and come up with necessary solutions.
∎ Discuss & propose Innovative ideas for Distribution/Logistics/administration development & improvements.
∎ Lead the distribution team and take necessary measures to develop the team members.
∎ Security management and Support Service management.
∎ Manage compliances and external affairs including various Govt. Offices.
∎ Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 6 years' experience of working in distribution/logistic & administration areas.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS office.
