Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering background with NEBOSH IGC/IDIP NEBOSH
∎ Engineering background with Diploma in industrial safety full time at least one year.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Health and Safety
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Bangladesh elevator health and safety function
∎ Reporting to General manager BD operations and functionality reporting to VP -Safety
∎ Monthly health and safety reporting
∎ Drive varies health and safety initiatives
∎ Carry out safety inspections
∎ To monitor safety inspections of the team and follow up for closure on nonconformities
∎ Conduct site safety audit and preparation of report monitoring closure
∎ Safety training
∎ Conduct safety motivational programs
∎ Contractors safety management
∎ Health and safety statutory liaisoning
∎ Reporting, Investigation of accidents closure of actions identified
∎ Represent Bangladesh in various global safety forums
∎ Coordinate with global safety team
∎ Safety day initiatives
∎ Coordination with HQ and provide necessary information on time .
∎ Conduct monthly safety meetings
∎ Maintain documentation as per OHSAS 18001 system requirements
∎ Provide Site safety Clearance
∎ Maintain and monitor PPE stock and issue requests
∎ Job essentials
∎ Ready to travel 50 % time across Bangladesh
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Must be able to read, write and understand ,translate Bangla language
∎ Experience in elevator business preferred
∎ Should be exposed to global safety environment
∎ Should have bike for local travel
∎ Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 certification.

∎ Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.

∎ Willing to work anywhere in the country as per requirement of the company.
