∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Power Generation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, organize and implement Health & Safety management system in the company in line with the OHSAS 18001:2007 or ISO45001 standard.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and improvement needs in the Systems and initiate or take corrective/ preventive measure in relevant areas.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement of OHSAS through Internal Audit, training and document up-dating.
∎ Plan, organize and facilitate cultivating TQM culture in the company.
∎ Development of Subordinates
∎ Look for Continual Improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge about EMS, OHSAS Standards and requirements.
∎ Should have knowledge on fire fighting and fire fighting equipment, fire detection system
∎ Should have knowledge on HOT work permit, safety lockout/Tag out system and other checklist/permits related to safe working environment
∎ Should have knowledge on first aid
∎ Should have good leadership skill to motivate the workers to follow the safe working practice
∎ Should be able to work to complete the project with no lost time accident
∎ Should be able to work under any environment maintaining the safety of the plant
Salary: Negotiable
