∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procure all required materials on time to ensure timely production and shipment.
∎ Place purchase order and follow up purchase status.
∎ Maintain proper communication and negotiation with suppliers regarding price and quality.
∎ Monitor and track material shipping process and keep communication with forwarders.
∎ Ensure raw materials & accessories in house before production.
∎ Monitor inventory management and follow up storage time to time.
∎ Monitor and arrange sample material to develop sample within deadline and coordinate with Sample Team.
∎ Collaborate with Work Study and Pattern team to measure accurate consumption data of materials/accessories and SMV during development of new samples.
∎ Develop communication with relevant teams like Screen Printing and others to develop new samples along with forecast.
∎ Follow-up checking of all kind of materials quality inspection report, lab report, etc., and arrange third party inspection if necessary.
∎ Ensure replacement of defective materials from suppliers.
∎ Check and follow up status of finished product quality and work with production.
∎ Ensure communication with buyers & YOH related to orders, requirement and shipping issues.
∎ Check & Review production status with Production Management and negotiate FG Delivery date with Buyer/ YOH/ forwarder.
∎ Review team & production plan in coordination with buyers, planning department, and management regarding purchase, reports, and other issues.
∎ Book orders manually or online and check freight forwarder availability.
∎ Co-ordinate with commercial department on correct shipping docs, shipment advice and payment.
∎ Collaborate with Accounting Department to follow-up payment of suppliers timely.
∎ Prepare necessary status and management report by coordinating with subordinate as per requirement.
∎ Update YOK, YOH, and Buyers with all necessary reports and daily production analysis.
∎ Every report should be updated to Sales Manager.
∎ Assist Sales Manager to manage team and implement management decisions.
∎ Implement team Oki and report the progression to the Sales Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Post-graduation in Supply Chain Management/ MBA.
∎ Should have knowledge on local and international procurement.
∎ Excellent communication and Interpersonal skill and strong proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
