Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ O Level and A Level background preferred.
∎ Good IELTS score will add an advantage.
∎ Should have very good command over English (especially writing skill) is a MUST.
∎ Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English.
∎ Computer literacy in email correspondence & typing skill is must.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player.
∎ Responsible for timely delivery of tasks and maintaining quality.
∎ Willingness to work extra hours and on weekends if necessary.
∎ Willingness to go on site, on field, and attend external programs when required.
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Business Analysis, Business Communication, Client Management, Data Analysis, Logistics Management, Tour Operator

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing & Coordinating the Chairman and MD's daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc.
∎ Provide daily operational and high-level confidential support to the Chairman and MD.
∎ Daily review, coordination and anticipation of the Chairman and MD's needs, calendar, tasks as well as confirm, coordinate and organize corporate meetings.
∎ To maintain communication/liaison and follow up with National & International Delegates / Stakeholders or Partners.
∎ To maintain communication/liaison and follow up with National & International award programs.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (both Domestic & International).
∎ Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for the Chairman and MD, including Visa, Flights, Hotel Reservation, and other travel logistics. Also, manage expense reports for the Chairman and MD.
∎ Screen incoming visitors, phone calls, communication and directed to the Chairman and MD for relevance, prioritization and importance.
∎ Screen the Chairman and MD's mail from outside and within the organization. Assist with completing deadlines, creating documents, assignments, gathering reports, information and initiate communication on behalf of the Chairman and MD.
∎ Set up Chairman and MD's meetings and board meetings, that could include executive agendas and documents.
∎ Drafting Letter, Memo, Proposals, etc. as per Management instructions.
∎ Work with various projects and departments across the Group environment.
∎ Work as part of a team to support the Management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
