∎ OG Elevator is looking an energetic, honest, hard working & dedicated Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager for Lift Service & Maintenance Department.
∎ Candidates with proven track records in the area of Lift Service & Maintenance in any renowned company are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of overall Lift installation, Servicing and Trouble Shooting .
∎ Capable to liaison with clients after installation & ensure flow of continuous revenue from after sales service.
∎ Establish relationship with customers who are taking after sales service from third party, and persuade them to receive after sales service from us.
∎ Maintain proper documents of all sales & Servicing records chronologically.
∎ By supporting and establishing an effective Health, Safety and Environmental work policies that are strictly adhered by all Maintenance personnel.
∎ Able to mentally prepare work 24/7 at anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Develop and train technicians and Engineers as part of successor planning.
∎ Understand faults, troubles and respond with preventive and corrective actions.
∎ Prepares parts list & maintain inventory of spare parts. Implement a system to maintain these records.
∎ Overall administrative command is needed to guide all concerned of department.
∎ Prepare feedback Report & Daily activities reports & submit to Superior.
∎ Other responsibilities as required by the management.

∎ Escalator/Elevator/Lift Maintenance & Servicing.
