Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Graduate from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.
∎ Established production schedule for all manufacturing departments to ensure the highest level of efficiency.
∎ Monitor operational expenses and explore ways to reduce cost while maintaining
∎ product quality. Analyze workforce requirements.
∎ To ensure that all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies.
∎ Remove production constraints, allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals.
∎ Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
∎ Communicate with R & D as well as Marketing to develop new product strategies.
∎ Ensure that all compliances are maintained.
∎ To follow the guideline of the mechanical and electrical In-Charges regarding the operation of the machine.
∎ Follow-up the every step of manufacturing to ensure quality and productivity.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in any reputed company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Footwear sector/Group of companies will be getting preferred.
∎ Please do not apply if you have no relevant experience
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good team player well organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
