Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Mechanical Engineer,Electrical Engineer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A) General Activity:
∎ To take necessary arrangement to reduce manpower in every plant.
∎ increase production volume from existing range/level.
∎ To take necessary process to improve product quality.
∎ To take necessary initiative and arrangement to complete maintenance work at our factory by using existing maintenance team.
∎ To ensure product delivery from factory within 9:00 a.m. regularly by factory delivery vehicle.
∎ To ensure at least two times visit all departments and make sure to keep up factory neat and clean.
∎ To solve problem at your own accord if any problem/decision making issues arise and must have to report to the management, whether necessary you have to take decision from management.
∎ To submit regular report to the management through GM (Factory)
∎ To prepare production schedule (Daily & monthly).
∎ To see the daily & monthly maintenance schedule.
∎ Co-ordination of all Departments Head of the Factory.
∎ In absence of GM (Factory) has to look after all the activities of the Factory.
∎ B) Casting Section:
∎ Arrangement to follow the charge of casting raw materials & chemicals in accordance with requirements.
∎ Checking the composition of casting so that it fulfills our requirement of standard 6063 and improvement of quality.
∎ Overseeing the operational process.
∎ Investing production problem.
∎ Carry out Spectrocast based analysis of Aluminium sample and complying with AA6063T5 Aluminium ALLOY grade.
∎ Assist in the development of processing plans, methods, design, raw materials handling & manpower requirements.
∎ C) Die Section:
∎ Improvement of Die's polishing & correction so that we may get good finish profile.
∎ See the Nitriding process so that life of Die Increase.
∎ Managing daily operation of the Die shop and Die Nitriding areas.
∎ Training and developing a team of highly skilled die technicians and polishers, transferring knowledge throughout improving knowledge by proper guidance.
∎ Coordinating Die technicians and production team to improve the die performance (lower Die failure ratio, longer Die life etc.) and challenge technical limits (lower tolerance, lower wall thickness etc).
∎ Selecting of the optimum press, Die size, Extrusion Ratio Cavities available tooling to obtain the best results in terms of productivity.
∎ Maintaining cost budget for Die shop including replacement die expenditure and labor cost developing also replacement die policy.
∎ Designing the newly profile in AUTOCAD and manufacturing the die as per market demand.
∎ Periodic reporting to the top management of all aspects of the operations.
∎ Working with Die production personnel to improve extrusion and Die performance.
∎ D) Extrusion Section:
∎ To increase the production quality & quantity.
∎ Preparing the production schedule in accordance with the requirement.
∎ Monthly production target of the Factory.
∎ How to minimize the Manpower of Extrusion process.
∎ Aging (Hardening) should be cheeked so that proper Harding should be done.
∎ Monitoring the general flow of operation to improve the product.
∎ Determining how best to use the workforce to achieve maximum productivity.
∎ Solving production problems that arise within production time.
∎ Ensuring documentation of production in daily basis and controlled for transferring to top management.
∎ Select the billet size to minimize the percentage of wastage.
∎ E) Anodizing Section:
∎ To improve the quality of Anodized profile.
∎ To see the chemical utilization of Anodizing Tank.
∎ To prepare daily & monthly production schedule in accordance with requirement.
∎ Monitoring the flow of operation to improve the production
∎ F) S.S Pipe:
∎ To improve the quality of S.S Pipes.
∎ To improve the production target of S.S Pipe.
∎ To prepare daily & monthly production schedule.
∎ G) Power Plant (Generator Section):
∎ To assure the preventive maintenance should be done in schedule time.
∎ Monitor all the activities of the operation.
∎ To ensure the accurate performance of the generator.
∎ H) Maintenance Section:
∎ Maintaining all mechanical maintenance and plant activities of Aluminium Extrusions, Casting and finishing lines and time to time supervising the maintenance work of Anodizing plant.
∎ Operating and implementing preventive maintenance program as per schedule.
∎ Coordinating all workforce of maintenance team to improve the efficiency of the unit.
∎ All maintenance works to be done internally by our maintenance team.
