∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 2 years work experience as Asst. General Manager (Company Affairs) in a Group of Company.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all compliance according to regularities guideline.
∎ Preparation of annual Financial Statements for Statutory Audit and complying section 35 of the
∎ Income Tax Ordinance 1984.
∎ Attended the hearing and submit related accounts & documents.
∎ Application made to Commissioner as per rules of Income Tax.
∎ Submission of statement of tax, Withholding Tax Return and monthly tax deposit
∎ statement.
∎ Computation & deduction of tax at source from supplier’s bill.
∎ Preparation & submission of Individual tax return.
∎ Supports all external auditors.
∎ Weekly & Monthly VAT report submit to VAT office
∎ Prepare Monthly Vat return (M-9.1)
∎ Monitoring VAT reconciliation of VAT book with system record
∎ All reconciliation of VAT related and Attend Vat officials hearing
∎ Prepare ground for the VAT audit and any other issues
∎ Attend hearing of Appeal & Appellate Tribunal.
∎ Coordinate with all business regularities and secretarial works.
∎ Responsible for all activities of company affairs related work.
