Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management/ Master of Commerce (M.Com)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure preparing and follow up on time renewal of various certificates, licenses, insurance coverage & other documents related to import & export including bond license.
∎ Oversee all commercial aspects of garments wing of the company.
∎ Preparing all import/export documents on time when needed.
∎ Co-ordinate with banks, Customs Bond, BGMA, EPB, VAT, BIDA, RJSC, BPDB, PGCB, Power Division, Energy Division, BPC, Bangladesh Bank, and other necessary Gov. Bodies, freight forwarders, C&F agents, Shipping line, and transport-related concern authorities from the time to time when necessary.
∎ Responsible for Procurement, Import, Export, and Freight Negotiations.
∎ Responsible for International Business Negotiation, Correspondence, Contract execution, Contract Management, and Banking Formalities.
∎ Risk Management.
∎ Prepare annual budget and planning for yearly procurement.
∎ Prepare all the documents related to the tender.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Self-motivated, confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
∎ Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws are essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ Knowledge about the handle of Port and Customs Operation effectively.
∎ Should have good analytical ability and high-level professional integrity.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export/ import, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain, etc of Commercial Department of the company.
∎ Must have sound knowledge with VAT, Board of Investment, and Cash Incentive.
