∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Preferably from any Public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a dynamic team of Engineers, Technical Supervisors & Technical Supporting Staffs independently.
∎ Collect drawings from the Design team and execute it according to plan.
∎ Supervise and monitor all the activities of structural and finishing works.
∎ Facilitate the work process of a team and obtain standard quality works with efficient progress.
∎ Coordinate and conduct weekly/monthly meetings with all the concerned including contractors.
∎ Arrange training sessions randomly and regularly.
∎ Coordinate project works with all the cross functional departments as needed.
∎ Prepare and maintain the work schedule fund flow and budget.
∎ Prepare reports on project bottlenecks and appraise the same to management.
∎ Monitor daily activities of the site and ensure perfection everywhere.
∎ Ensure absolute accuracy in permanent work layouts complying with materials and workmanship specification.
∎ Supervise and ensure the quality of work.
∎ Prepare, analyze and check the estimation of structural work.
∎ Check all items of RCC casting to get standard quality of workmanship and work-done.
∎ Run a team independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge on:
∎ Execution of all structural and finishing works of Power Plant, Road Construction.
∎ Interior drawing and execution of the same as per approval.
∎ Communication with management both verbally and written in English.
∎ Computer knowledge as required along with latest relevant developments.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
