Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and manage project related all civil works in accordance with drawing & specification,
∎ To plan and manage construction materials as per Gantt Chart,
∎ To monitor site safely and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced,
∎ To maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control,
∎ To carry out any responsibilities assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in construction works.
∎ Experience in construction of spinning mills is preferable.
∎ Applicants willing to stay at factory premise in factory provided apartment will get preference.
