Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Admin and Accounts

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Informing concerned authority regarding any maintenance issue
∎ Checking daily duty and log book
∎ Maintain account related works, giving salary and any other allowances
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Maintain and update documentation.
∎ Organize sales and service team according to the requirements of the Organization.
∎ Supervising and maintaining cleaning activities
∎ Responsible to communicate promptly and professionally with customers via email, telephone or verbal regarding their inquiries/queries.
∎ Able to develop and maintain good relationships with customers, attain them on time, give feedback on their query.
∎ Develop plans for smooth operation and improve current practices and processes, provide innovative thinking, work with leadership and various teams to execute the plans, conduct statistical analysis and establish key business relationships.
∎ Proactively look at new and unique ways to market and establish a strong presence in the market place.
∎ Managing and improving the functional processes, policies, and techniques in the assistance of the company's objective.
∎ Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Admin/ IT/ computer with multitasking capacity is needed.
∎ Working experience on Admin officer of Hospital/ Diagnostic center may get priority.
∎ Should be conceptually strong, dynamic, self-driven and with a positive attitude.
∎ Good spoken communication and written (Typing: Bengali & English) skills is an essential.
Salary: Tk. 7000 - 14000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
