Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering only from Public University (May be relaxed if highly experienced)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the design and execution of baseline surveys in the land project areas and develop project indicators.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of land project related works.
∎ Assess quality of construction material and monitor proper use of those.
∎ Monitor and rectify any violation of design, or in maintaining quality to ensure desired quality output.
∎ Responsible to complete land project works within the schedule time.
∎ Identify lessons learned and implications for the project's next steps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) working in any land development company.
∎ Must be able to work under hard stress.
∎ Should have supervising and evaluating quality.
∎ Ability to lead a team and must be good at teamwork.
∎ Must have good management ability.
∎ Experience in Auto CAD is a must.
∎ Good Skill on MS Word & MS Excel will be an added advantage in recruitment.
