∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent communication skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure cooperation to director and deputy director to maintain or conduct overall management / admin of office, indoor and outdoor department
∎ To give assistance to the director and deputy director for service management of officer and employees.
∎ To check and verify record file regularly in order to financial and store management.
∎ To perform duty as yearly confidential submitting/ countersigning officer of subordinated officers and employees.
∎ To ensure utility of main apparatus, instruments, machines of hospital
∎ To supervise and monitor services related functions.
∎ To ensure regularity, punctuality and discipline of employees in hospital
∎ To give cooperation to director and deputy director in information management with proper record keeping of hospital
∎ To perform duty of auction work of the specific department in hospital given by authority.
∎ To arrange causal leave of officer and employees under his supervision.
∎ To ensure quality standard waste management.
∎ To perform other duties assigned by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
