Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with MPH (Hospital Management is prepared)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primarily responsible to build up a seamless hospital administration for better service delivery.
∎ Visit admitted patients and ensures proper patient care.
∎ Ensure proper performance of duty Doctors, Nurses and other clinical staff.
∎ Train Clinical staff to write & keep proper documentation.
∎ Coordinates & implement institutional policies and rules among the staff.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly clinical report.
∎ Must be hard working & capable to exercise administrative power for better patient management.
∎ Prepare action plans to increase patient flow to the hospital.
∎ Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of clinical staff.
∎ Prepare & evaluate annual performance report of the staff & do the needful.
∎ Find out deficiency in quality patient care & work accordingly to overcome.
∎ Organize regular CME, Training & academy programs.
∎ Maintain good relation with consultants & meet their requirement to help optimal patient care.
∎ Address & Counsel patient party if any issues raised related to patient management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 - 7 years' Experience working in a reputed hospital.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Access.
∎ Excellent reporting and analytical skill.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English
∎ Energetic, Dynamic, Capable in Hospital Administrations.
Salary: Negotiable
