Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE / EEE/ Telecom / ETE from any reputed Institute / University is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning of utilization factors for improving factory productivity
∎ Optimizing existing resources considering company demand
∎ SKD product BOM, JIG assessment & final confirmation (NPI Works)
∎ Line optimization & balancing for maximum quality output
∎ Communication with ODM, CN office & other related team for ensuring smooth process planning
∎ Integration planning of required service materials.
∎ Training of engineering team for factory operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience as a functional head of IE.
∎ SMT Experience.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Able to lead the team, give feedback & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within given lead time.
