∎ Master or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidate.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent's duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
∎ Planning, Organizing and Controlling of overall Depot operations.
∎ To ensure and supervise timely order collection/receiving, processing and follow up proper invoicing for stock out from Store for onward supply in time according to the customers need.
∎ Managing stock control i.e., the self assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods to distributors' point in different locations and delivery data entry into the system.
∎ Issuing Inventory report, In/Out status report, damage/ dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report, etc., for management's review.
∎ Check the daily stock and available of products as per requirement.
∎ Implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of depot transactions and activities.
∎ Prepare Monthly & Annual Depot operational budget & ensure that operational cost within the budget.
∎ Ensuring the safety & security of the depot people and properties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience in any company.
∎ Must have experience in FMCG sectors.
Salary: Negotiable
