∎ M.Com/MBA from any reputed University with a very good academic track record. Expertise on Supply chain management will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate having First Division/Class in his academic career will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IMPORT:
∎ Excellent knowledge in Customs, bond & customs audit
∎ Excellent knowledge in Bank including audit
∎ Maintain and update all the files with costing, Fabric and accessories Trims PI, BBLC & Import shipping docs;
∎ Prepare & update the order wise Import-T&A and maintain import register for all the order;
∎ Follow up with the buyer for Master L/c in hand and open Back to Back L/c in time
∎ Connection with Higher Level with Bank people, Customs people will be preferring as additional experience
∎ Checking all the import docs and inform supplier if there any correction required.
∎ Should have good communication in writing and spoking with the Buyers
∎ Follow up VSL position, ETD, ETA, Berthing and staffing, Goods release and in-house status in factory, CNF, as well as with shipping line;
∎ Export wise UD Processing with proper documentation.
∎ Follow up the supplier documents acceptance, Maturity and payment as per the LC clause;
∎ Follow up with the buyer for export proceed and closing monitor for Back to Back payment
∎ Should have good knowledge solve any import & export related issue and instant decision
∎ Capable to Run independently to his depart
∎ Should have knowledge to collect incentive from the Bangladesh Bank by submitting related papers
∎ Should have knowledge of material purchase prices
∎ Others work as per the Management requirement.
∎ Updated supplier's payment status along with maturity date.
∎ Others as per the requirement.
∎ The candidate who has the above qualities please apply only .
∎ EXPORT:
∎ Candidate should have the good knowledge about the export import and export procedure
∎ Should have good knowledge about the export documentation.
∎ Should be able to do the banking activities like LC transfer & others as per the requirement.
∎ Others work as per the Management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 8-10 year(s) in good reputed Garments industry
∎ At least 5-6 years' experience in garments buying house/shipping line.
∎ Must have good and clear knowledge and experience in the field of following areas:
∎ Commercial, documentation, Export/Import through LC/FOC/SC freight forwarder, logistics, Garments/ Factory.
∎ Candidates must be smart, self-motivated, and dynamic with (buyer/supplier/factory) conveyance capacity, Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are must
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English is a must.
∎ Good knowledge on MS office packages
