In their product line, DEAO has many types of Elevators and Escalator. Like, Passenger Lift, Cargo Lift, Bed Lift, Home Lift and Medium Duty, Heavy-Duty Escalators. Smart Elevator Ltd. is also Member of BEELIA (Bangladesh Elevator Escalator & Lift Importers Association). Recently, Smart Elevator Ltd. served their customer more than 30 district in Bangladesh with 7 offices.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive Installation, Commissioning and maintenance strategy for the Lift and Escalator, including preventive and corrective maintenance of Project.
∎ Manage and lead the teams of Installation, Commissioning and maintenance Engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
∎ Installation, Commissioning, and maintenance works Monitor, Support, and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are Working at maximum efficiency and in Works with safety standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and assessments of Projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
∎ Collaborate with other Departments and engineering teams to address Projects issues and optimize works processes.
∎ Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for Installation, Commissioning, and maintenance tasks.
∎ Stay updated with industry (Lift and Escalator) trends, new technologies, and best practices in maintenance management and implement relevant improvements.
∎ Document maintenance activities, reports, and records for future reference and analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lift and Escalator Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance Works. Good Works Knowledge about Monarch (Nice 1000, 3000, 3000+), ARKEL (200S, 300S) and SETP (AS380)
∎ Good communication & leading skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have ability to coordinate technical activity in perfect order.
