Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Auto CAD, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, and MS Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking all kinds of documents provided by architect.
∎ Making schedule and Cost calculations timely.
∎ Preparing daily inventory
∎ 2D & 3D drawing of building, structures, window and door etc.
∎ Producing rough sketches and using Auto CAD, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
∎ Maintaining the CAD database and troubleshooting data issues.
∎ Performing complex drafting work under minimum supervision.
∎ Reviewing data accuracy, quality and completeness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
∎ Strong communication in English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, MS OFFICE is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
