∎ M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the product development activity, laboratory trial of tech-transfer products depending on the documents review & report
∎ Conduct pre-formulation study for method development
∎ Perform analytical method development activities of Raw Material & Finished products
∎ Conduct reformulation activities for improving quality, manufacturing process and minimizing cost
∎ Ensure the trouble-shooting activity of the products to solve any product problem by maintaining compliance with quality
∎ Collect & review of all relevant documents of Tech Transfer package for internal & external transfer process and analyze the gaps
∎ Raise Document initiating form Change Control Report (CCR), Change Document Report (CDR), Handling of Deviation and perform risk assessment as per requirement
∎ Prepare Process Optimization (PO), Process Validation (PV) documents like protocol, batch documents etc. and conduct the PO and PV Batches as per procedural requirement
∎ Involve in the process optimization and process validation activities for tech transfer or any assigned products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 years experience in related work in reputed pharmaceutical company is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
∎ Well conversant with MS Office
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 33000 (Monthly)
