Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Professional)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Research & Development:
∎ Conduct pre-formulation study for method development
∎ Perform analytical method development activities of Raw Material & Finished products
∎ Conduct formulation activities for new & existing products and its registration activities as per WHO & DGDA regulatory norms
∎ Ensure the trouble-shooting activity of the products to solve any product problem by maintaining compliance with quality
∎ Raise Document initiating form Change Control Report (CCR), Change Document Report (CDR), Handling of Deviation and perform risk assessment as per requirement
∎ Prepare Process Optimization (PO), Process Validation (PV) documents like protocol, batch documents etc. and conduct the PO and PV Batches as per procedural requirement
∎ For Production:
∎ Monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure in-time production
∎ Ensure cGMP compliance in all production activities
∎ Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and other documents
∎ Supervise & provide training to the Operators, Helpers and other Production Workers
∎ Monitor productivity on daily, monthly as well as yearly basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-2 years experience in related work in reputed pharmaceutical company is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
∎ Well conversant with MS Office
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 33000 (Monthly)
