Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Line Supervisor in preparing or independently develop architectural and/or interior design and detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
∎ Working around constraining factors such as DAP, DMINB 2023, BNBC, etc.
∎ Working closely with a team of construction personnel.
∎ Review various designs given by consultants and coordinating with them.
∎ Visit Site as and when required.
∎ Co-ordinate with project related personnel during Construction.
∎ Prepare project related documents other than drawings (if required).
∎ Prepare presentation, reports related to project when required.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor and Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a member of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
