∎ B. Sc in Electric/ Electronics/ EEE from any reputed university.
∎ Sound Knowledge on BNBC, NFPA (70E,13,14,70 & 72);
∎ Having a Supervisor License/Electricity License/ABC License will be given preference;
∎ Having a Project Management Certificate (PMP) will be given a preference;
∎ Having an Energy Manager Certificate will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure proper functioning of all Electrical system specially Generator, DWP, FDS, BMS etc;
∎ To ensure preventive maintenance and operational activities maintenance of the Generator, 220KV Substation, switchgear, DWP, ETP, Air Conditioning;
∎ To prepare quarterly budget for spare parts and others renovation activities of the departments;
∎ To ensure and perform safety training for maintenance staff and monitoring proper safety practices are followed;
∎ To Maintain Drawing, Design and all documents of departmental activity through preparation of various reports, work orders, maintenance schedules and other incidental record keeping;
∎ To responsible and communicate all Government organization for clearance certificate of Generator;
∎ To responsible and perform Environmental test activities like as Indoor air quality, Outdoor air quality, workplace light level, Noise level, Temperature and Humidity by conducting third party;
∎ Using engineering software and equipment for computer-aided design and other complex technical tasks including AutoCAD;
∎ Establishing and enforcing construction, manufacturing and installation standards;
∎ Performing feasibility studies for industrial, domestic and commercial technical developments;
∎ Calculating project costs and delivery timelines;
∎ Providing quality assurance for ongoing projects;
∎ Collaborating with clients and other professionals;
∎ Writing reports, giving presentations and meeting with clients and management.
