∎ Work Station: Rupshi, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support for server installation & maintenance of windows-based system
∎ Provide support for Windows workstation of users.
∎ Install, configure and maintain different network services, equipment and devices
∎ Supervise Video conference & Tele conference system
∎ Provide support for virus protection & update as require on all workstations
∎ Provide support to all end user Operating System, Application Software.
∎ Monitoring of Servers, Systems and System's Network
∎ Maintenance and troubleshooting of all kinds of desktop computers, printers, plotters, scanners, ups, and notebooks.
∎ Troubleshooting network problems, software problems, and performance issues including e-mail/Internet systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
