Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description:
∎ • As our Assistant Storekeeper, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to.
∎ • Assisting in the maintenance of accurate inventory records.
∎ • Receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment.
∎ • Compiling reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
∎ • Keeping records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
∎ • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure business goals are met.
∎ • Requirements:
∎ • Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
∎ • Strong proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
∎ • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of database systems.
∎ • Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
∎ • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
∎ • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
∎ • Valid passport for potential international travel requirements.
