∎ 0–2 years of relevant experience in servicing copiers or printers.
∎ Freshers with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong knowledge of Multifunctional (Copier/Printer) hardware and functions.
∎ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willingness to travel for on-site support.
∎ Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot copier and printer machines (both monochrome and color).
∎ Diagnose hardware/software faults and replace or repair defective parts.
∎ Perform routine preventive maintenance on office equipment.
∎ Respond to service calls at client sites in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Keep accurate service logs and submit regular reports to the Service Manager.
∎ Train clients on proper machine usage and basic troubleshooting.
∎ Support senior engineers in more complex technical tasks.
∎ Maintain tools and spare parts inventory responsibly.

This role is ideal for diploma holders in Electrical or Electronics Engineering who are passionate about technical service and customer satisfaction.
