Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferable M.Sc or B.Sc or Masters or Bachelor degree from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products
∎ Reaching the targets and goals set for the assigned zone
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Setting sales targets for individual reps/ MPOs and teams as a whole
∎ Recruiting and training sales staff
∎ Allocating areas to RSM/AM/FM&MPOs
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures
∎ Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts directly
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent sales and negotiation skills
∎ Good business sense
∎ The ability to motivate and lead a team
∎ Initiative and enthusiasm
∎ Excellent communication and 'people skills'
∎ Good planning and organizational skills
∎ The ability to work calmly under pressure
∎ Good IT, budget and report writing skill
