∎ Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Maintenance, Supervision
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing policy guidelines to the members of the Project.
∎ Preparing method statements of all the works / jobs with specifications of all the constituent items (materials, plants, tools etc.).
∎ Planning for proper progresses of the projects, monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Improving workmanship, quality of each item of work and the product.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization and cost efficient material as well as work methods.
∎ Providing safety guidelines to all the workers, contractors, supervising staffs of the projects and taking proper measures to safeguard man, material, plant and machineries.
∎ Preparing Project Work Program through Project In-Charges.
∎ To co-ordinate with different departments to provide necessary decisions to projects.
∎ To monitor regularly to sites and check project progress as per Work Program.
∎ To hold meeting regularly with project personnel to find out operational problems and to suggest remedial measures.
∎ Ensure all safety measures are followed by all worker at site.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12 years of professional experience
∎ 8-12 years experience in supervision of road maintenance and bridge construction works on behalf of consulting firm
∎ Computer knowledge essentials
