Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person in the field of LGED Project as Assistant Project Manager for Pretty Engineering Ltd.
∎ Job Location will be Mymensingh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control of different project like Road, Bridge and Building.
∎ Monitoring and executing construction work within the project timeline.
∎ Maintaining strict quality control procedure; regular testing of materials, visual inspection of work etc.
∎ Checking and approval of different bills, preparation of BOQ, Engineering estimation, Site supervision, Quality control etc.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in LGED Project will be given preference.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
