Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing & preparing project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure field & technical feasibility and usability for ACI Agribusiness.
∎ Ensuring and monitoring project deliverables in time
∎ Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions; identify refinement opportunities and deliver improvements
∎ Consistently manage expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on feedback
∎ Manage testing with the product team(s) during the QA phase of the projects.
∎ Manage project burn rates, specifically the project allocated hours and budget
∎ Document and communicate project status and strategic recommendations on a regular basis; escalate issues to management.
∎ Create reports for ACI internal use and development partners.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 years of working experience in national and international organization, of which at least 3 years exclusively in project management role
∎ Formal Project Management education/ training/ certification is desired. PMI certification would be a plus
∎ Experience in digital services development and roll-out is an advantage
