Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawing with respective departments
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan and bills
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering Firms, Real Estate
∎ Project management skill
∎ Prioritizing skill
