Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of Bills of Contractors
∎ Estimation, Costing & Budgeting of works
∎ Data Entry in Software at construction sites and timely execution of projects
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing
∎ Carry out of all types of Engineering & Architectural design
∎ Coordination with design department for effective implementation of projects
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by the Management
∎ Handling the Contractor's workers & supervisors
∎ Monitoring and improving MRS (Material requisition system) in software
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management
