∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from reputed private or public Universities.
∎ Candidates from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET, BRAC, NSU, IUB, Ahasanullah University are highly preferable.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing, Furniture design
∎ Skills Required: Interior and Building Solutions.

Job Context:
∎ Smart and energetic persons are asked to apply for the Assistant Project Architect position in a running hospital project.
∎ Job location: Bangabandhu memorial hospital (BBMH), foy`s lake, Chattogram; JF project, Mirpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.
∎ Visit clients and work for increasing clients satisfactions as and when required.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having at least 5 (five) years’ experience in Residential, Commercial & Interior- Exterior design.
∎ Must be honest, dedicated, self-motivated, proactive, energetic & punctual.
∎ Proper knowledge to operate Graphics design, Auto-CAD etc.
∎ The interior architect who has work experience in any renowned architect firm will get extra priority.
