Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and controlling the daily operations in specific sector of the plant.
∎ Plan production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and
∎ maintain product quality and budgets.
∎ Assisting the Production Head with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
∎ To see that the safety standards are being maintained within the factory and workers are abiding by
∎ workplace safety rules.
∎ Supervise production workflow procedure and ensure control over the same through implementation.
∎ Lead the team to reduce downtime to achieve target efficiency.
∎ Should show proper etiquette towards subordinates and higher authorities.
