Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Physiotherapy (SMF) or BSc in Physiotherapy.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Patients Selection:
∎ Declare the vacancy number of the patients
∎ Prepare waiting list for the patients maintaining sequence
∎ Take name of the new patients in waiting list
∎ Check the prescription of the patients and doctor's advice
∎ Assessment of the financial Conditions and distance of the patients
∎ Find out the problem related to physiotherapy
∎ Home visit to patients before final selection for physiotherapy center
∎ Application form filled up containing patients' details with evidence
∎ Maintaining patient according to serial number
∎ Assessment of Patients:
∎ Assessment format complete for each patient
∎ Provide a Schedule to the patients
∎ Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with patients, guardians and other related stakeholders
∎ Asses if any other serious disease existence to the patients
∎ Evaluation of Progress:
∎ After 3 months, he must complete progress report.
∎ Share progress report with center in charge and patients 'guardian
∎ Send the patient to the doctor for further evaluation
∎ Reconcile the progress report with doctors' recent advice
∎ If anything defers, take action consulting with SMT
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Provide physiotherapy to the Neurological patient mainly cerebral palsy and musculoskeletal disorder
∎ Train up of the patients' guardian:
∎ Proper training of the patient guardian what should be done with the patient and what should not do with the patient.
∎ Monitor the guardians whether they are following the physiotherapy instruction
∎ Monitor the patients whether he takes physiotherapy from other end.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Ms word, Ms excel, PowerPoint, software for data analysis

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 14000 (Monthly)
