∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with reporting tools or software is a plus.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports.
∎ Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Capacity to analyze data and provide insights.
∎ Comfortable working in a team and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SKS Hospital a sister organization of SKS Foundation is going to recruit the following position for its interventions:
∎ Prepare and compile accurate reports based on collected data.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of reports to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for reports.
∎ Verify and maintain data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
∎ Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and maintain data security protocols.
∎ Respond to report-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Identify and suggest improvements to streamline the reporting process.
∎ Assist in creating visually engaging presentations or summaries for key reports.
∎ Track and monitor key metrics related to report performance or delivery.
∎ Provide administrative support related to documentation and reporting tasks.
