Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain Client information by answering Telephone calls.
∎ To provide required information regarding hospital service i.e. Doctors, ICU, NICU, Dialysis, Consultants serial etc. to patients.
∎ Resolving the complaints of patients & other stakeholders through proper communication.
∎ Communicate with different persons Promotional activities related to the hospital.
∎ Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
∎ Knowledge of patient service practices and principles.
∎ Receiving patient's complaints and provide them with effective resolution.
∎ To be fully oriented with hospital philosophy, goal, rules & regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with patients and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Must have Good communication skill both in Bangla and English with proper accent.
∎ Good computer skill is MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Email) required with good typing skill.
∎ Experienced candidates in relevant field (Call Center Environment) will be given preference.
