Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in Business Administration (preferable major in Supply Chain Management)
∎ Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
∎ Assist in evaluating vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
∎ Assist and ensure evaluating supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
∎ Resolve any internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions.
∎ Assist to order daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders (PO) delivery and shipment schedules.
∎ Assist in ISO annual performance review for vendors.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement action plan to cater to superior delivery services and shorten lead time requirements.
∎ Assist any other ad-hoc duties of projects as assigned as per business need.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers Procurement Executive Company.
∎ Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude ? Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SAP.
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
