∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Distribution department & FMCG smooth delivery with team work.
∎ Plan for delivery according to the demand and arrange the delivery.
∎ Ensure 100% load-challan form factory to end user by factory distribution team within set lead time and create chalan by software
∎ Receive DO from market and supervise delivery reconciliation with packing department physical vs ERP software at set time interval.
∎ Provide outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction at all times by ensuring that goods are dispatched on time, to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
∎ Ensure in implementing strategic business objectives, strategies and plans in support of the company's strategic goals.
∎ Ensure effective cross-functional communication occurs to resolves issues and accomplish company goals.
∎ Follow-up complaints from internal & external customers and take initiative for resolved with team.
∎ Those who responsible for Ghat will be monitor overall ghat delivery system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
