∎ Shampan Shoes Ltd. (B-54-55, Bscic Industrial Estate, Kanchpur, Narayangonj)
∎ Job Location BSCIC (I/E),Kanchpur, Sonargaon, Narayangonj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have a clear knowledge of Exp, EPB, B/L, IP, EP and other documents related to commercial responsibilities.
∎ Should have clear ideas in the field of Export & Import through L/C & T/T, Freight Forwarding.
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues.
∎ Prepare import & local export documentation and submitted to bank.
∎ Preparing invoice, Packing list and shipping documents for local export.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Forwarders, Transport for execution of Import &Export purpose etc.
∎ The applicant must have broad knowledge on C&F, total export documents preparing, LC opening, dealing with C&F agents and customs.
∎ Preparing Material consumption and costing.
∎ Maintaining all files and registers of related work.
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers such as - Cash Disbursement Voucher, Journal Voucher.
∎ Maintain accounts receivable, bank reconciliation & other accounts head reconciliation.
∎ Preparing, Maintaining and Entering Bank related transactions
∎ Proper documentation and file maintenance
∎ Update voucher posting in regular basis.
∎ To prepare Bill other documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidate who has fluent English speaking ability will be given preference.
∎ Must be well organized, smart and proactive to duties.
∎ know computer operating system both in English and Bangla.
∎ Loyal to the Superior and the Organization.
∎ Experience candidates will get preference.
