Job Context:
∎ Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is a national NGO since 1981 in Bangladesh. RIC is implementing Capacity building of young entrepreneurs for the vitalization of the Digital Giga Island of Moheshkhali funded by World Vision, Bangladesh in Moheshkhali, Cox`s Bazar. RIC is seeking applications from the potential candidate for the position.
∎ PROGRAM: Capacity building of young entrepreneurs for the vitalization of the Digital Giga Island of Moheshkhali, World Vision
∎ Location: Moheshkhali, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Post type: Contract (January` 2023 - December` 2024)
∎ Staff reportable to Officer, Accounts and Admin under KOICA CEVM Project
∎ Staff based at Moheshkhali, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Working Hours & Location: AS per Organization Policy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee general Office Administration, Office Management, Fleet Management & Security Management (facilities) & Asset Management (Office & Business Hub)
∎ Maintain the inventory and asset management system in both Business Hub centers & offices.
∎ Providing logistics support in day-to-day administrative work and arranging office meetings/events
∎ Maintain high confidentiality of documents and information and take adequate measures for safety and security of documents, information and other resources.
∎ Ensuring a safe, secured, clean and well-maintained facility at the office and Business Hub that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
∎ Ensure administrative policies and procedures are properly implemented
∎ Provide logistic and financial support to the project team given within the scheduled date and time
∎ Ensures proper asset management and utilization with proper controls in place, facilities the process to ensuring semi-annual and annual physical verification of assets and reconciliation with the asset register
∎ Ensure the payment of the utility bill i.e. Internet, electricity, Water etc
∎ Timely disburse courier and ensure recording of all courier record
∎ Ensure day-to-day facility management for office operation i.e. plumbing, sanitary, or minor repair or maintenance
∎ Ensure Fuel management for fleet & Generator
∎ Monitoring and taking care of the visitors/ guest at head office subsequently, arrange & supply of their refreshments.
∎ Ensuring all the office utility services including Lift, Generator, Electricity, Gas, Water etc. are available at all time.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understand development issues
∎ Training and Facilitation skills
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting
∎ Good time management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to speak and write reports in English
∎ Competent in the use of computer
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting.
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in office admin.
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in administration
∎ Working experience with KOICA funded projects will get a preference
∎ Ensure an integrated financial planning, budgeting and monitoring in accordance with budget guidelines
∎ Ensure proper Financial Management Systems are in place at the Area/Urban Program Level
∎ Record keeping and reporting to stakeholders.
∎ Ensure proper office Administration Management through effective administrative functions
∎ Professional and performance development.

Salary: Tk. 37500 (Monthly)
