∎ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc).MSC in Nursing / MPH in Nursing (For Deputy Nursing Superintendent)
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Counseling, Email Internet), Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali, Hospital Administration, Quality Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Assistant Nursing Superintendent & Deputy Nursing Superintendent is expected to regularly check the work of all nursing staffs to verify that all policies and procedures are being followed and that clients are being properly cared and treated with dignity.
∎ Schedule nurses' shifts
∎ Assign nurses to patients
∎ Ensure nursing operational standards are met
∎ Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics
∎ Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures
∎ Train new team members
∎ Evaluate nurses' performance
∎ Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions
∎ Handle complaints or other issues
∎ Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends
∎ Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases and procedures
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management as and when required.
