∎ MBBS with MPH in Hospital Administration/Public Health or MBA in Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring that the hospital's strategic objectives, goals, and initiatives are achieved through its daily activities.
∎ Responsible for playing a strong leadership role and in that capacity will assist CEO/Managing Director on safe, dependable, and cost-efficient practices.
∎ Responsible to work closely with CEO/Managing Director to implement broad management objectives.
∎ Ensure quality of care - patient safety and patient satisfaction.
∎ Updated on hospital safety practices, communicated regularly with physicians, patients, and staff members, and comply with all regulatory requirements mandated by the government.
∎ Manage and effectively utilize available resources, employees, physicians, and staff members including resident doctors, nurses, technicians, and other staff members and ensure that high-tech information systems and modern and state-of-the-art medical equipment are available to meet patient and staff needs.
∎ Responsible to maintain cordial & workable relationships with physicians and other caregivers of the hospital.
