Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Looking after production planning & production activity.
∎ Following the production plan by supervising the team & following the instructions in set parameters as per business plan.
∎ Maintaining the productivity to achieve the set target.
∎ Supervise & coordinate functioning of the department during a shift by ensuring implementation of production plans & interdepartmental coordination.
∎ Coordinating with maintenance to ensure optimum equipment uptime & high safety acumen.
∎ Regular view of production consumable items & updating accordingly.
∎ Analyze failures & implementing corrective actions.
∎ Preparation of shift wise production report & ensuring smooth transition from one shift to another.
∎ Works proactively to improve product quality & reduce costs.
∎ Actively involved in preparation of departmental manuals & work instructions.
∎ To ensure effective utilization of Man, Machines & Materials.
∎ Ability to handle projects from planning through to execution.
∎ Providing technical support to the project team.
∎ Involved in Erection, Testing & Hot Trial Commissioning of new/BMRE Projects
