Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/B.COM/BBS in Supply Chain Management/ Marketing from any Govt. Approved University, but PGDSCM/Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management Qualified will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Raw material inventory, Spare parts, Store Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to lead the team for effective management of general store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items and inventory management as per standard and company policy.
∎ Maintain stock position of Raw Materials, Spare Parts, General Store and Finished Goods of the Plant.
∎ Maintain stock position according to ERP [Enterprise Resource Planning] System.
∎ Check & forwarded of monthly materials receiving & consumption statement to higher management as per costing report.
∎ Ensure proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of items.
∎ Manage & perform store & warehouse operation, check quality and quantity of goods.
∎ Ensure maximize use of surface area and confirm safe and proper storage of goods.
∎ Maintain step by step good storage practice and develop warehouse management strategies.
∎ Manage store staffing process with proper planning.
∎ Maintain store related all paper works & documentations.
∎ Ensure compliance with maintaining policies & procedures.
∎ Coordinate production team and distribution of all products for smooth production & delivery.
∎ Documentation and reporting of received & disbursed materials.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database/ERP etc.
∎ Knowledge & experience in Concern Section.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Avail to read & write English fluently.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
