Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate the recruitment process in association with the Human Resources department.
∎ To conduct and facilitate organization, department orientation to all new physicians and of the Different categories of staff
∎ To ensure proper posting of Medical and other technical staff according to the needs and to be responsible for arranging the call duties.
∎ To assist in doctors’ records maintenance and compliance and also coordinate the training program of doctors with the Training Department.
∎ To facilitate the periodical evaluation of Doctors and other clinical staff.
∎ To facilitate the performance evaluation process of doctors and other clinical staff of under Medical Services Department
∎ To play an active role in all quality initiatives of the department and ensure compliance concerning clinical areas.
∎ To visit the new patients admitted through OPD and emergency generate a report daily for the DMS office.
∎ To ensure tracking of the various services and enhancing utilization.
∎ To ensure adherence to service rules and discipline amongst clinical staff assist the DMS office in medical operations.
∎ Monitoring of Clinical Pathway and Clinical Practice Guideline
∎ Assist in developing institutional policies and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent will require strong leadership, supervisory, planning and problem-solving skills and Computer literacy with Word and excel
